Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) measures how likely employees are to recommend your organization as a workplace to others. It indicates overall engagement, culture strength, and organizational health using the same methodology as customer NPS.
Employees are classified as Promoters (9-10), Passives (7-8), or Detractors (0-6). eNPS ranges from -100 to +100, with scores above 50 considered excellent.
