What is Daily Active Users?
Daily Active Users (DAU) counts the number of unique users who interact with your product on a given day. The definition of 'active' should be tied to a meaningful core action, not just opening the app.
DAU is commonly compared with MAU (Monthly Active Users) as the DAU/MAU ratio, which measures stickiness. A DAU/MAU of 20%+ is considered good for most products.
